This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Cheapclaws platform and any instances provisioned through our service. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Content & Uses
You may not use Cheapclaws or any instance provisioned through our platform to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or terrorism-related content
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via deployed bots
- Create bots that impersonate real people or entities, or that are intentionally deceptive
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass safety filters implemented by LLM providers
- Store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Perform cryptocurrency mining or other resource abuse on provisioned machines
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, including Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, and any LLM providers you use
2. Prohibited Technical Actions
You may not:
- Attempt to access other users' instances, Fly apps, or data
- Exploit the Cheapclaws platform infrastructure, including the dashboard, API, or web console
- Use instances to conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, network scanning, or other attacks against any system
- Modify your machine to run software outside the intended AI assistant framework
- Attempt to circumvent billing, resource limits, or other platform controls
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any instance or account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice and without refund. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@cheapclaws.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
